A few days from now, at home, I'll have to connect in a cyber.

I'd be glad to contribute to the dictionary but would need an off line possibility to do so.

For instance uploading files conforming to any required format, delimitation and syntax.

I realize that this means that someone at the kamusi project has to create, or at least implement a script for this.

Again I'd be happy to contribute in making the script (php, perl or compilable sourcecode) if I get the necessary input requirements form your technical guys.

That would limit your part of the work to adding a button to invoke the import-form.
